Does the USA have enough airplanes to bring all our troops home tonight?
we can leave the heavy equipment for now and make an arrangement later with Irak for it. All our soldiers need to be home tonight. Plenty of work here. I work in Oakland, CA. Troops are welcome here and needed here.

Not very likely. It would take about 900 C-141s, and this is of course a wildly low estimate based on the stated maximum in side-facing canvas seats. What would be more likely for a large troop movement would be transfer to airfields in friendly nations, then switching troops to civilian aircraft. There is no way this would happen in a day or even two. The more likely scenario will be a phased drawdown of forces. If your company wants to hire ex-military, they should contact the separations offices at nearby installations so that they can promote the jobs to folks who are getting out.
